Grandpa Murphy’s Logging Camp Near Newberry, Michigan in 1919

Michael Murphy’s Grandfather was a superintendent for the Charcoal Iron Company of America located in Newberry in the early 1900s. He generously offered us these historic photos of an early lumber camp located in the forests near the t own of Newberry, Michigan in the Upper Peninsula.
