There is a double bed in each bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Bed linens, towels, and paper products are provided for our guests.

The new deck overlooking the waterfront has chairs for relaxing and there is also outdoor furniture by the lake. Cook your meals outside on the charcoal grill, sit at the picnic table, and enjoy this restful spot on South Manistique Lake. Gather around an evening campfire at the fire pit and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Enjoy all the wonderful recreational opportunities the woods and waters of the Curtis area has to offer. Golf at area courses, go biking, hiking, fishing, ATVing, winter sports, or relax and rejuvenate yourself in this peaceful setting. There is a large parking area for your trailers.
You will love the nice sand bottomed beach and the long dock for sitting and relaxing. The beach is shallow for the children. They will have lots of fun in the water. There is a rowboat included for rowing around the lake and enjoying the water or bring your own boat, park it at the end of our dock and jump right in for fishing fun and relaxation. South Manistique lake is rated as one of the best inland fishing lakes in Michigan! Paddle boats, pontoon boats, ATVs and other equipment can be rented in Curtis.
Martin’s Landing is centrally located for enjoying many of the interesting attractions and outstanding recreational opportunities that the Upper Peninsula has to offer.
Martin’s Landing is only one mile from downtown Curtis, a quaint village offering restaurants, groceries, shopping, and events. Join the Friday night crew throughout the summer at Chamberlin's Inn, located two miles away on North Manistique Lake for free hors d'oeuvres at 5:30pm throughout the summer. Beautiful dining and lounge area overlooking lake.
Day Trips
For those who wish to explore the area the Seney National Wildlife Refuge is just a few miles west of Martin’s Landing. Take the 7-mile Wildlife Drive and watch for the residents of the refuge , visit the interesting Visitor Center with a variety of exhibits, and see who is floating on the ponds. The refuge can be toured by bike or canoe with rentals in Germfask.
Lighthouse lovers might enjoy visiting the Seul Choix Lighthouse on Lake Michigan near Gulliver or the Crisp Point Lighthouse Tower on Lake Superior.

Take a day trip north to Newberry and visit the Logging Museum, enjoy a peaceful paddle on the Tahquamenon River, and visit the beautiful Tahquamenon Falls. You can travel a little further towards Paradise and the Whitefish Point Lighthouse, the Shipwreck Museum, and the Whitefish Point Bird Observatory. Visit the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, view the numerous waterfalls (some can be seen from your car), or try your luck at the casino in Christmas.
During the fall, come for our beautiful fall color season and great hunting.
WINTER FUN
The Upper Peninsula is a winter wonderland. Ride on the hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails that run throughout the Upper Peninsula, go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or go ice fishing right outside the cottage door. Easy access to the snowmobile trails with snowmobile rentals in Curtis.

$25.00 per pet with a limit of 2 pets
RATES
May 15 to September 15: Weekly Rentals Only Saturday to Saturday: $650.00 per week for up to 4 guests
September 15 to May 15: Nightly Rates $125.00 per night for up to 4 guests (4-night minimum stay)
$25.00 per person per night for over 4 guests. Maximum of 6 guests
$150.00 Security Deposit required within 3 weeks of stay.
There is so much to offer in the near and surrounding area you may have to extend your stay!
