From original pictures and some original dimensions, we were able to fabricate a new front nose, head lite cones, grille surround, inner sheet metal, and front fenders. As with many of our projects, there are no sheet metal replacement parts available. All sheet metal was fabricated using an english wheel, shrinker/ stretcher, pulmax, plannishing hammer, and tig welder.
