We have all the gear you may need available for rent from seasonal helmets to bibs, jackets and gloves for the snowy winter months. Just 10 minutes North of Houghton/Hancock a nd 1/4 mile North of historic Calumet, we are centrally located and have lodging available on site as well as our recently renovated sister company the Trailside Lodge. STAY and PLAY: Powersport rental package deals include lodging at the Trailside Motel. Ask about the Multi-day discounts.

SNOWMOBILE RENTALS

Copper Country Rentals offers a 23-hour rental day so you may keep your sled overnight.
Sled check-out is at 9:30am and check-in is at 8:30am the next day.

Rental Information

23 hour rental period: Check-out is at 9:30am and check-in is no later than 8:30am the next day.
All rentals that include Friday or Saturday require a 2 day minimum rental period.
Multi-day discount rates are applicable.
If you would like to return your sled the same day, it must be returned by 7 PM sharp, we do not except check-ins after 7 PM.
Sleds go out with a full tank of gas; we expect them to be returned with a full tank of gas.
Additional charge for oil based on usage.
Must be 18 years of age with credit card and valid driver’s license to rent snowmobiles.

All rates are plus tax

Jackets, bibs, and winter boots available for rent at $15 per day.
Gloves available for rent at $10 per day.
Snowmobile helmets with heated shields available for $20 per day.

Deposit Information
$100 credit card deposit per machine at time of reservation. (Non-Refundable)
The Credit Card used for paying the non-refundable deposit will also be used for incidentals in case of any damage done to rental machine. (We suggest that large groups each book their own rental machine under their own name and credit card)

Cancellation Policy
Please call to cancel 7 days prior to the booking date. If you call to cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to the booking date, you will be charged the full cost of the rental.
We do not issue early return credits. If you wish to return a rental earlier than expected, please know you will still be responsible for the original full rental cost.
We do not accept cancellations via email or text, please call.

Insufficient Snow Cancellation
Lack of snow is an extremely remote possibility during the winter months in the Keweenaw Peninsula, however if lack of snow is an issue and Copper Country Rentals determines the trails cannot be ridden, then there is no charge.

Trail maps are available and we will be happy to help you plan a fun trip on the hundreds of miles of groomed trails in the heavy snows of the Keweenaw Peninsula. Ride up Brockway Mountain for an awesome view or on the trails near Lake Superior. Our abundant snow provides fantastic riding throughout the snowmobile season.>/p>
