Motel 6 - Norway offers 42 large guest rooms and 3 suites. Accommodations include double queen and king rooms, some with a connecting door; handicap rooms with a walk-in shower; jacuzzi suite; family suite; and fireplace suites with a whirlpoot tub.  All of our guest rooms include cable TV, high-speed internet access, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Most suites also contain a small refrigerator. Special senior, hospital visits, bereavement, and corporate rates are available.

Motel 6 - Norway offers a hot complimentary breakfast from 6am to 10am daily that includes make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, plus much more. Enjoy your breakfast in our comfortable breakfast area. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby.

Iron Mountain is only 7 miles west of the hotel for hospitals, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. There is direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails leading into both Wisconsin and throughout the Upper Peninsula with a large parking lot for your trailers. The knowledgeable staff will be happy to offer suggestions for an exciting ride.

Make Norway a stop on your Upper Peninsula vacation. Visit the beautiful parks, swimming beaches, woodlands, and lakes. Go whitewater rafting at Piers Gorge or walk the wooded foot trails along the Menominee River. The Fumee Lake Natural Area for silent sports offers miles of wooded trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and hiking and biking in the warmer months. . .  A wonderful natural habitat for watching wildlife all year round. Golfers might like the Oak Crest 18 hole golf course, rated as one of the top 5 courses in the U.P. 

The Norway area abounds with history when Iron Mining was the major industry along the Menominee Iron Range. The Iron  Mountain Iron Mine, on the east side of Norway offers tours of the mine that produced millions of tons of iron ore for the steel mills and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The rock shop at the entrance to the mine has a large selection of interesting and unusual rocks.
