Join us in the summer for Whitewater Rafting on the exciting Peshtigo or Menominee Rivers. The section of the Peshtigo River we use is the Roaring Rapids, the longest continuous stretch of rapids in the Midwest. These are Class III rapids in the summer, but come for the spring snow run-off in April and May when they reach the level of Class IV rapids.

Go rafting in our multi-person rafts, single person Thrill Cats or a Fun Yak. We also offer whitewater rafting at Piers Gorge on the Menominee River, just south of Iron Mountain, MI. Here you will experience Class IV rapids, some of the largest volume rapids in the Midwest. Ride these challenging rapids in our 10 person self-bailing raft.

Take an exciting ride through the Northwoods on one of our UTV Trail Tours with our experienced guides. The Dun-Good Wilderness Trail is only three miles from Wildman Ranch and the we have direct access to the Iron Snowshoe Trail System for great riding. We offer half day and full day tours through the back country with stops for lunch.

Have fun with the Alpine Climbing Tower Ropes Course, head into the woods on the 2 miles of hiking trails, or go mountain biking in the nearby Nicolet Forest on their excellent trail system.

Stay at our Silver Glade Chalet, Ponderosa Guest House, Hideaway Retreat, the Peshtigo River Lodge, or our Pineview, Sunset, or Silver Cliff Cabin. Enjoy camping on the banks of the Peshtigo River. Our campground has a modern shower room and log camping cabins, bunkhouse style, that sleep up to 5. Campsites have fire pits and a picnic table. We also offer riverfront lodging at our Menominee River Location.

Silver Glade Chalet: This premier riverside cabin includes 5 bedrooms, 2 baths (one Jacuzzi tub), stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, satellite television, fully equipped kitchen, large deck, outdoor grill and campfire area.	Ponderosa Guest House: Log cabin with 3 bedrooms, one bath, covered deck overlooking the river, fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, outdoor grill and campfire area.
Hideaway Retreat: One bedroom cabin has a loft, one bath, kitchenette, satellite TV, covered deck with view of the river and fire pit/grill area.

Winter Fun at Wildman Whitewater Ranch

In winter, Wildman Whitewater Ranch offers a Riverside Chalet and Cabin rentals so you can stay right by the snowmobile trails. Snowmobile the immaculately groomed Iron Snowshoe and Paul Bunion trails throughout the Crivitz, Athelstane and Lakewood Area.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced rider, we have trails for you. Take one day trips or travel hundreds of miles. You can travel for miles in virtually any direction and never travel the same trail twice.

Wildman Whitewater Ranch is located on Allison Lane, just north of Hwy C, on the Peshtigo River.

From Lakewood: Route 32 to Route F to Route C east. Continue on C to Allison Lane just before the Peshtigo River.

From Crivitz: Route A to Route C west to second road on right past river, follow Allison Lane to Ranch.

Located just south of Norway, MI in the central Upper Peninsula of 6 miles east of Niagara, Wisconsin, our Great Outdoors Adventures await you with whitewater rafting through Piers Gorge, Bombers 9 hole Golf Course, Paintball, Rock Climbing, and Rappelling on a real rock cliff.. We also have 2 rental cabins on the shores of the Menominee River that sleep up to 6 guests.

Bomber's BBQ Restaurant and Pub at the historic clubhouse serves award winning Texas Pit Bar-B-Que including Wild Willie's Ribs, Elijah Craig's Tenderloin Beef, and other mouth-watering items. Bomber's offers a full service bar, adult and kids game room, and a Sports View big screen TV. Live entertainment most weekends at Bomber's Clubhouse of Blues! Restaurant and Pub are open daily from 7am to midnight.
