Snowmobile Museum. Visit the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum, W11595 Center Street, Naubinway, MI 49762. Phone: 906-477-6298. Michigan's First Snowmobile Museum contains an interesting collection of over 62 antique and vintage snowmobiles along with prototypes and memorabilia. Gift Shop with hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other unique items.

Special Snowmobile Trips

* Note: Painesdale-Chassell Trail is still closed as ot 8/2008.
* As of 11/22/08 the Chassell-Houghton Trail will be open for the winter of 2009-2010. The courts have ruled the railroad bed is the property of the Michigan DNR, but the decision is under appeal. Please check with your lodging host for the latest information.
*Paradise Town Trail is open, but please stay on the trail and observe the 15 mph speed limit
* Chocolay Trail to Harvey is open but please stay on the trail and observe the speed limit or we will loose this trail.
