All accommodations have satellite TV with 150 channels, in room coffee, alarm clock radios, bathrooms with tile showers, and electric heat to keep you comfortable on the coldest of Upper Peninsula nights.

The family suites have queen beds and futons, a full sized refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, coffee maker, toaster, and necessary cooking utensils and dinner ware. A microwave can be provided if you like.

Gas grills are by the resort for cooking a barbecue and picnic tables are provided for eating or just enjoying the view of Lake Superior.There are wonderful cedar swings in the yard by the motel for relaxing or watching the sunset over Lake Superior after a busy day.

Take a walk across M-28 and you can go down to the beautiful sand beach and sit in the sand or wade in the cool refreshing water of Lake Superior. Outstanding view of the night sky.

We are on the snowmobile trail and in a major snowbelt with lake effect snow. Trails connect throughout the Upper Peninsula so get set for some great riding. Gas is available for your sled during the winter months.

Seacoast @ Sand River Lakeshsore Resort is located near the mouth of the Sand River where you will find fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Take your fishing rod and see if you get a bite or just walk by the river for an evening stroll.
