Comfortable lodging in our completely furnished modern 2 bedroom vacation home with a loft on a private spring fed lake awaits your next Upper Peninsula vacation. The lodge has a gas fireplace, satellite television, stereo, and a library. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker and a washer & dryer in the basement. The lodge comes with linens, towels and bedding.

The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and the guest bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. A pull-out bed is also available so Powell Shores Lodge will comfortably sleep 6 adults. There is a loft with a TV/game room and a sleeping area.

There is a large 10' by 20' deck with a gas barbeque grill, lawn chairs, and picnic tables for your enjoyment. The deck provides an excellent view of the beach and dock.

Enjoy a quiet, safe and cozy lakefront house in a wooded setting in the Hiawatha National Forest. We are convieniently located 6 miles south of Munising off H-13 on Powell Lake Rd. We are open year round and will work around your schedule depending on availability.

The lodge comes with a 14 ft. boat, 14 ft. canoe, life jackets and oars. Boat motor/fish finder package available. Our 32 foot dock provides excellent fishing right off the end. Fish cribs and a manmade rock shelf that attract fish are right off your beach and dock area. The lake is approximately 100 acres and reaches depths of 50 feet.

Powell Shores Lodge is conveniently located near Munising and the western entrance to the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Enjoy the Shipwreck Tour in the Glass Bottom Boat, the Pictured Rocks Cruise, or try charter fishing on Lake Superior.

WINTER at POWELL SHORES LODGE Have some fun snowmobiling on the 300 miles of trails in Alger County and the Hiawatha National Forest. Snowmobile trail access right across the road from the lodge so you can ride from the door. Trails connect throughout the entire Upper Peninsula. Snowmobile rental nearby.

Groomed Cross Country Ski Trails are nearby or you can ski and snowshoe on the many back roads in the Hiawatha National Forest.
