Kenbuck Resort is located
25 miles south of Munising and 25 miles northwest of Manistique in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Kenbuck Resort is located in the Hiawatha National Forest yet deep in the dense woods (Map) with 100 lakes within ten miles of your cabin. The resort is located about 15 miles north of US-2 in the forest between Manistique and Rapit Rapid River.

Kenbuck is a resort with 5 clean housekeeping cabins.
There are four two-bedroom cabins and one with three bedrooms.
All cabins have the following:

Linens
Pots and Pans
Refrigerator
Toaster
Stove
Microwave
Dishes
Charcoal Grill for Outdoor Cooking
Cups amd Glasses
Silverware
Each cabin comes with a Row Boat.
Only 1/4 mile to Stevens Lake where the boats are kept.

Please bring dish towels, bath towels, food & clothing, plus your favorite fishing rod, walking shoes, or camera. `
Sandy, shallow creek and great play area for kids. There are two screen houses, playground, fire pit, picnic table, grill, and fish cleaning house for your convenience. Bring your own horse. National Forest Trails are right down the road so you can begin your adventure at your front door.

Enjoy Mother Nature at her best with excellent summer and canoeing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, or just plain relaxing. The Sturgeon River and Chicago Lake are nearby.

This is the ideal location for horse owners to bring their own horses as there is a barn with stalls for your horses and portable corrals available and the Pine Marten Horse Trail is nearby. We have space for your horses and trailers so you can ride through the forest, just you and your horse, without another human being in sight.

The Pine Marten Horse Trail (Map) can also be used for biking, or hiking so you can take that trip through the forest that you've always dreamed about.

Fall colors are beautiful as the forest abounds with hardwoods. Any time of year is a great opportunity for some outstanding wildlife photographs.
