The Hideaway has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Bed linens are furnished, but please bring your own towels and paper products.

There is a wonderful screened-in porch on the front of the cabin furnished with a table and chairs. . . an ideal spot for relaxing and listening to the birds sing.
A charcoal grill is provided for your outdoor cooking and there is a fire pit for evening campfires.
The Hideaway offers indoor activities including movies, playing cards, puzzles, video games, and board games.
Outdoor activities include a basketball hoop and basketball, ladderball game, fishing poles, and a hammock.
The Hideaway Log Cabin is a great spot for your vacation in the north woods. Canoe and kayak rentals ar nearby for a fun paddle down the AuTrain River. Fish or just enjoy the gentle river as it meanders through the Hiawatha Forest. Boats can be rented for use on AuTrain Lake. ATV rentals available at theWhite Pine Lodge in Christmas.

A beautiful sandy swimming beach is located on Lake Superior, a little over a mile north of the cabin, and there is also a public swimming beach at the AuTrain Campground, south of the cabin.

The Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is just a short drive from the Hideaway. Hike on some of the wilderness trails or just take a short stroll to view Miners Castle and Munising Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area.
There is a ferry to Grand Island where you can hike or tour by bus. Kayaks and bikes can be rented at the Ferry Dock. There are two cruises: The Shipwreck Tour where you can see sunken ships on a glass bottomed boat and the Pictured Rocks Cruise. Try your luck charter fishing on Lake Superior or fishing in AuTrain Lake and the AuTrain River. Golfers will enjoy the Pictured Rocks Golf Course, just east of Munising.

June: $500 per week, Saturday to Saturday
July and August: $600.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday
May, September, October: Nightly Rates Available, 3-Night Minimum. Call for information
