Two comfortable rental cabins located in a tranquil setting by Epoufette Bay in Lake Michigan, just 24 miles west of the Mackinac Bridge in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Epoufette Bay Lodging Rental Cabin has 3 bedrooms and Trappers Lodge is a two bedroom cabin located on 10 acres of lush lawn with 1,200 feet of frontage on Epoufette Bay in Lake Michigan. Both cabins have a complete kitchen with full sized appliances, microwave, and coffee maker, with a view of Epoufette Bay on Lake Michigan. A spring fed stream runs through the property leading down to the small sandy beach on Epoufette Bay that is shallow for the children. Kayaks, canoes, and snowshoes are free for use by our guests and bicycle rental is available. Easy access to snowmobile, ATV, and bicycle trails. Our three-bedroom cabin will sleep from 10 to
14 guests. One bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, the
second bedroom has 2 double beds, and there are 4
twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower
combination and linens and towels are furnished for
our guests. The living room overlooks the bay and
has a TV with VCR and a futon for extra guests.

The lawn surrounding the cabins has a volleyball net, horseshoe pit, picnic tables, and a gas barbecue grill. Kayaks, canoes, and snowshoes are free for use by our guests. There is an artesian well and several spring-fed streams running through the property and abundant waterfowl for our guests to enjoy. Enjoy the fire pit for cooking hot dogs, roasting marshmallows, or just sitting around and watching the flickering flames dance in the campfire. We also offer bicycle rentals and a full range or guiding services available for area adventures.
The Epoufette Bay Cabins are only a 2 minute drive to two restaurants, and close to GarLyn Zoological Park and the beautiful Cut River Bridge and Gorge. Enjoy Fibron Karst Caves, Historic Fibron Quarry, sand dunes, and the nearby sand beach . . . . a wonderful area for photographers and wildlife enthusiasts and those who just want to relax and enjoy this outstanding view of Lake Michigan and the surrounding area.
Campers: We have rustic campsites for summer and winter camping wirh electricity available. Please call or e-mail for information.
Winter lovers will find us only a short drive from the bridge with easy access to snowmobile trails that head north towards Paradise and connect to the vast Upper Peninsula trail system.
Pets welcome We offer a wide variety of guiding services
that include, but are not limited to, hunting,
fishing, kayaking, snorkeling shipwrecks, caving,
snowmobiling, ATVing, snowshoeing, or cross-country

After crossing the Mackinac Bridge to St. Ignace,
take Highway US-2 for 24 miles west to Epoufette
and turn south on Epoufette Bay Road. Go right at
the stop sign at the bottom of the hill and right
again at the first driveway, just past the
campground. If you are coming from the west, we are
located 60 miles east of Manistique and then follow
the above directions when you arrive in Epoufette.
