ONE BED CABINS: Comfortable and economical with a rivers view. Each cabin has one doouble bed, rocker, cable TV/DVD, kitchen, bathroom and eating area. It is the perfect hideaway for two people.

THREE BEDROOM CABIN with FIREPLACE For the big groups. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room. This cabin has extra room including a super kitchen and dining area, large bathroom and a generous living room with comfortable sofas. Cable TV with DVD player. Great for friends and families.

Edgewater Log Cabin Resort is centrally
located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, just
three miles north of Iron Mountain. We are on the shores of the Menominee River
which is formed by the Paint, Fence, Michigamme,
Brule and Paint Rivers. Cowboy Lake is also
accessible from the flowage.
The beauty of the river is breathtaking. As
you relax you may see deer come down to the waters
edge to drink, or eagles soaring overhead. Mink,
otter and beaver also play along the river.
In the spring and summer, fishing is the number one sport throughout the area. The Menominee River produces bass, northern pike, walleye, bluegill, crappie, muskellunge, perch, rock bass and brown trout. A Michigan or Wisconsin license may be used on this boundary water. A fish house equipped with running water and refrigerator is located next to the docks. Many other lakes, rivers and streams are accessible in the 220,000 acres that are open to the sportsperson.
Fall brings the enchantment of the sensational colors. You will see the forests transform to a golden red wonderland. The lakes seem to turn into mirrorlike images. Trophy fishing, bird hunting and hiking are favorite pastimes. A mild warm breeze is always in the air.

At the end of the day, enjoy a night on our town taking advantage of our fine supper clubs and entertainment. Iron Mountain has much to offer for your entertainment. Golf, Museums, Whitewater Rafting, Waterfalls, Horseback Riding, Sightseeing, Bowling, Parks, Restaurants, and Antiquing are just some of the activities that may keep you busy.
