Coleman's Resort has a sand bottomed beach that is wonderful for the children and guests of all ages. Coleman's is a small, quiet, restful and secluded resort located on a good blacktop road in AuTrain MI, just 12 miles west of Munising. Our spacious grounds allow for privacy around every cottage. Coleman's Resort is located on the shores of AuTrain Lake between Munising and Marquette. Great fishing for perch, walleye and pike. We are located 9 miles from the Christmas Casino and Foggy's Steakhouse, 4 miles from the Brownstone Inn, and only 2 miles from a gas and convenience store Information on our cozy cabins and cottages on AuTrain Lake We have 3 one bedroom cabins that can
accommodate up to four people. Our one-bedroom
deluxe cabin can accommodate up to five
people. Our new two-bedroom cabin can accommodate up
to 6 people. Our three bedroom cottages have wood burning
fireplaces and can accommodate up to eight people.

All the cabins and cottages are completely modern and
are furnished with bedding. Enjoy our sandy beach on AuTrain Lake Coleman's Paradise Resort offers a sun deck overlooking AuTrain Lake, sandy beach, playground, badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing and boating. Game room and store with bait shop.
Boats and motors are available on request. Gas and oil available either on the grounds or at the grocery store down the road. Coleman's Resort is right on the snowmobile trails so you can ride from the door. We have over 300 miles of marked and groomed trails in Alger County for some great riding through the wilderness of the Hiawatha National Forest. Cross -country skiers will enjoy the nearby groomed trails or you can go dogsledding at Triple Creek Kennels, just south of our cabins. Nearby Attractions: Lake Superior is 2 1/2 miles north of the resort with a beautiful sandy beach. Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Grand Island National Recreation Area, Shipwreck Tours in a glass bottomed boat, Scuba Diving in the Alger Underwater Preserve, Pictured Rocks Cruises, Waterfalls, Rock Hunting, Canoeing the AuTrain River, Mountain Biking, Paulson House Museum and more.
